I'm creating a simple survey form and I'd like to minimize
the use of ActionScript. Is there a way to block the submission of
the form if any of the fields have invalid data (using Validators)
without much ActionScript?
I can't seem to find a CSS reference for Flex, I'd like to
change the format of the fields when a field is in it's invalid
state. I find the red line to be too subtle for my tastes. Is there
a specific css selector for this?
Well, I was trying to avoid using SCRIPT tags. only as much
Action Script as was needed to manage data binding and the Send
method on the button's click event. But that's ok, I found the
AdvancedForm object in FlexLib on google code.
Thanks for the link on the error color, but what I was hoping
to do was change the background color of the field when it was in
an error state, rather than a border. Which was why I was asking
