Problems importing assets to Encore CS4

I want to burn a DVD with Encore CS4.

I have exported the Video from Premiere Pro CS4 as MPG2 DVD. When I want to Import the files into Encore, it tells me "invalid streamtype" for the Video file (it tells me in german, so I hope this Translation is right) and something about the correct Decoder missing for the Audio file.

I recently installed Premiere CS4 on my new Computer (Windows 10) and now this Problem occurs, which I didn't have, when I used Premiere CS4 on my old Computer. I tried to Import the files to Encore on my old Computer (which has always worked so far) and the same Problem occured, so the Problem seems to be the exporting from Premiere.

Do you have any idea, what is wrong?

Might need to update graphicscard and or roll back the driver.

Same for the audio driver.

Remember CS4 was not designed for W10.

You roll back a video card driver by going to the vendor site and downloading a newer or older driver and running the installer

•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
•ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10... works for some, not for others
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help

Also, For CS4 you must update the Roxio component, especially with Win8/Win10
