Update your GPU drivers
- NVIDIA: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Intel: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/graphics
If this doesn't fix the problem, disable GPU acceleration in Camera Raw's preferences. Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw

I had the same problem and after several emails with NVidia they solved the problem.
These were their instructions -
Install the latest driver and follow
the steps mentioned below:
a) Open NVIDIA Control Panel -- Manage 3D settings.
b) Go to Program Settings
c) Add the Adobe Camera Raw from by clicking on Add button.
d) In the setting window, change the 'Power Management Mode' to 'Prefer Maximum
e) Select CUDA Gpu's, check the option GTX 950 and check Use
these GPUs/GTX 950
f) Save the changes and then run the Adobe Camera Raw.
In c) above I selected Photoshop CC and Bridge.
