Delete Page on WebDav IIS Server Folder

Hello,

i delete a page on a pdf File in the File davwwwroot Folder on my IIS WebDav Folder.

With Fiddler I see that Acrobat creates a .tmp File.

Then Acrobat creates a second .tmp File with a MOVE Command

Then Acrobat reverts the changes, why, on a normal Folder Acrobat save the changes?

What is the Problem?
