Account holder, but still cant convert PDF to Word files

I have Adobe Sign - creating word docs, converting them  to signable pdfs.  this works well.

I want to convert a PDF into a word document, even when I am signed into my Adobe Account - I am still routed to the subscription page.....What do I need to do?

Get a subscription of Export PDF or Adobe Acrobat.
