I work for an MSP and one of our clients is using Acrobat DC 2015. When she goes to save as all it shows is a blank screen. Now this user is very particular to her work flow. When I found this solution "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document. I thought great I would apply this fix and we would be good to go. Now when I applied the fix it worked it would let me save as. But she insists on having the extra step and having the the save in recent folder to pop up along with the extra feature document cloud. She doesn't even use that feature only saves locally to a folder on her desktop. Is there an actual solution to this issue. Or is the one I linked the only solution for this product.
