I have a user that is being prompted to configure digital IDs every time she tries to sign a document instead of prompting for the password for configured ID. If she goes into the ID preferences and unlocks the ID first then it will work. This is completely unusable for the user as she has to sign many many documents per day. The only solution I can find is to set her ID to never require a password which completely destroys the purpose and security of the system.
Strike that, setting it to the never option does not work, if Acrobat gets closed then we have to go through the same process.
Still no response? Gotta love that Adobe refuses to offer phone support for this paid product...

Could you please try installing the latest patch and see if that resolves the issue?
Launch Acrobat>click Help>select Check for Updates.
