I have a new MacBook Pro.
My previous MacBook had Lightroom 6.
The machine was damaged and has been replaced.
Before replacing I had the computer cleaned - iOS was deleted - all software was cleared.
Adobe still have this machine on record so I can't install Lightroom on my new machine.
How do Get adobe to delete the previous laptop and allow me to install on the new one?
If you only had the software installed on the one machine there is nothing preventing you from installing and activating on a second - your license allows you to have two machines with activated installations.
You can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations, but do not ask for more than the reset.
Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
