    Cancelling my Adobe Stock membership




      I was trying to cancel my membership to stock and found myself in the cannot cancel until I update my payment details loop. I was advised by support to update and then cancel as my account was suspended, this turned out to be a mistake because now I have been charged for a month and have no access to the service.


      After a frustration experience with the online chat I am pretty upset with the whole experience.


      Can someone please help here?
