Unsync individual photos to LR Mobile?

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Lightroom. I can see how to sync and unsync Collections to Lightroom Mobile but somehow a bunch of individual photos are syncing too and I don't want them to. How do I unsync them please? This should be more intuitive than it is!

In Lightroom Desktop, go to the Catalog panel in Library and remove them from All Synced Photos.
