I created a 3D movie title on Photoshop, and I know that I will be able to animate 3D models in After Effects. However, After Effects is no longer able to open PSD files that includes 3D layers as far as I know (according to the official Adobe Support website on preparing 3D models for Afor Effects). I tried to export 3D layers, but After Effects is still unable to import any of the files. What should I do? Is it impossible to animate  3D model that anyone makes in adobe photoshop??

You have to use Cinema 4D Lite/ Cineware or third-party plug-ins like Element 3D and import your PS-generated OBJ file there.
