cannot update adobe elements 12 to 12.1

hi guy i got this problem where i cant update adobe premiere elements 12 i have tried reinstalling the product but still failed some one pls help

well when i try it just say the update are not successful click on the log file but didn't display any thing

I guess that if you aren't experiencing any problems,

I don't think that was a critical update.  If 12.0 runs, you should be fine.  If you want to update, consider going to the new version 15.

that would be a good solution.
