    Phonegap iOS Not Scrolling

    naluz52240580 Level 1

      Hi all,

      I am currently experiencing scrolling issues with Phonegap iOS. I have a div with a larger div on the inside that the user can scroll through. This works fine on Android, but scrolling doesn't happen at all on any iPhone simulator or device.

      Here is the css for the div:

      .dropdown-content {

        overflow-y:scroll !important;

        width: 40vh;

        height: 10vh;

        margin: 0 auto;

        -webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch !important;

        border-color: black;

        border-width: 2px;

        border-style: solid;

      .test {

        height: 20vh;

      and html:

      <div id="myDropdown" class="dropdown-content">

              <div class="test">test</div>

      Any help is appreciated!

          What frameworks, if any, are you using? List what plugins (and versions) you're using as well. Please share your config.xml (minus secret/identifying information).

          That said, based on what you've provided thus far, I don't see any reason why this shouldn't work. (Side note -- you shouldn't need to use !important -- that's usually a sign you need to rethink how you're applying styles.)

            we have same issue, but we make vertical scrolling, scrolling works but we cant make the scrollbar visible in phonegap app, horizontal works the scrollbar..
