    Export to Excel-- row/column issues

      Hello, we have Adobe Acrobat DC.  I can export a file into Excel easily with Adobe.  However, the record splits into 2.  In the example below

      we have 3 records for Jane Doe that should be on 3 lines. Instead it shows up as 6 rows.  I can't do any data functions when this happens because I loose the member ID and name etc.     

       

      The PDF used breaks the record into 2 lines as well.  I'm sure this is a common problem.  How can it be fixed?
