My client who has InDesign is not able to open a file that I've emailed her. When I attach it to my email I noticed that the file icon does not look like it should. Any ideas what going on?
I have tried the following:
I haven't had any success yet.
Any help appreciated.
Does the client have the same version of InDesign? What is the error that the client gets?
Have you tried zipping the file before emailing or better yet, sharing it in a dropbox folder?
