    Client can't open my Indesign File



      My client who has InDesign is not able to open a file that I've emailed her.  When I attach it to my email I noticed that the file icon does not look like it should. Any ideas what going on?


      I have tried the following:

      • Making sure all my updates have been completed
      • Restarting the computer
      • Saving the file in a later version


      I haven't had any success yet.


      Any help appreciated.
