having connection issues every time i try to update flash coneection fails retry then nothing

i use to use the other installer adobe had since i had issues before now i dont even have that lick to use since they stopped using it

but not i cant even get the normal updater to work cause it always says the samething connection failed please try again and then nothing

anyone have a work around for this issue please?
