      --
      on exitFrame me
      if member("Intro").Loaded < 100 then
      go to the frame

For your startmovie function, you want to use preloadMember:

          preloadMember member "intro"

This command will begin the process of loading the member into memory. It will not stop the playback head or do anything else while the loading takes place. If you want to monitor the loading process, you can test for the loaded of member. This property is a boolean, so it reports back either true or false, not the amount of the member that has been loaded so far.

The percentStreamed property can be used to monitor the amount of the file that has been streamed from the server. This property only applies to SWA, Flash or Quicktime files.
