We can see that you have an Adobe Stock 10 images/month subscription plan purchased today and also licensed an image.
Are you not able to access your image or facing any other issue? Can you please elaborate?
I opened that account after spending three hours trying to figure out a way to license that photo through the account that I had previously opened and have been paying for the past few months. I had been paying for that account with my American Express account. I will be contacting them to refund the payments I have been making towards a useless account.

We do see another Adobe Stock 10 images/month subs running under this email ID and that is the reason for multiple charge OR image license issue.
