I was having problems with my computer some time ago and done a reset to factory on it. So, I had to reload all my software, but only did so as I needed to use them. Now I have reloaded Premier Elements 7 and when I try to load a project, it ask for a “unlock key.” It gives a website link to click to get this key, but when I click it, I get page not available and it just goes to the general Adobe site.
How can I get this “UNLOCK KEY?”
You likely need to find the original installation package and get the serial number from there. If you purchased by download then you would need to find the serial number thru an email that you would have received. If you ever registered the software with Adobe you might be able to find the serial number thru your Adobe account online, though older software tends to be dropped off the listings.
Thanks Ned. I actually have that, I have the original box and and it even list it in the pop up box where it ask for the "unlock key." It looks like the kind of key You Tube wants when you log on with your TV.
