why indesign doesnt allow me activate pan & zoom?

I was trying to make a scrolling slidesow and I cant activate the option. I select the images I want to use and  the "Activate" (Activado) button simply doesnt work. I cant click in it. Im using the spanish version of Indesign.

These options are for DPS/AEM Mobile only.

They don't work in EPUB, Publish Online or PDF.

For scrolling content in fixed layout epub or publish online, you can use this: Ajar Productions » Universal Scrolling Frames for InDesign
