          That's a carefully matched snap zoom in the camera cut to a similar angle. You have to set that transition up on the set. It takes planning and careful camera work. You can't exactly the technique if you do not have the appropriate footage to start with.

           

          This shot carefully framed:

          Then reposition the actress, have her look at the camera, zoom in and then cue the action and snap zoom.

          When you want to recreate effects shots the best thing to do is download the video and look at it a frame at a time. It looks like they added some color correction, lens flair and some vignette to enhance the effect. No magic, just careful planning (storyboard probably) and decent execution of the shots on the set.
