I have a MAC and was trying to download Creative Cloud to my computer. I accidentally download the trial instead of the full version and accidentally also downloaded it using the incorrect email address Adobe ID, and later I went back to change my Adobe ID to my correct email. So now that I am trying to solve the problem with my redemption code I am not able to do it in the correct Adobe ID. How do I correct my Adobe ID and how do I solve the issue with my redemption code? I am trying to download the full version of the Creative Cloud Adobe Suite to my Mac but I am not allowed since I already used that redemption code. Please help!!!
