Scanned signature will not upload

I have a Brother scanner and scanned in a PDF of my signature, Reader will not allow me to use this scan, I get a message saying 'image file is not supported select a different image file '

1) I cannot ,the scanner will only scan to PDF ( Adobe won't accept its own files ??? )

2) I have 2 other laptops , Dell running Reader and Windows 10 , all the same age and they do NOT have this problem ???

3) Have tried photo of signature ... not good enough

Hi guyt88918067,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I am assuming you are using Reader and in Reader, you may be using "Fill and Sign" to use the scanned file as signature identity.

If you are using "Fill and Sign" you may open this link on the browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign try to use a sample file to sign it and you may upload the pdf from there for signature.

• Assuming you are using Windows, you can open Paint tool and scan a picture using that using your scanner.

• Not sure right now why this is happening and what is your workflow.

• What you mean by not good enough
