I downloaded, uninstalled, and re-downloaded After Effects on my computer and I still can't get it to work. A window pops up saying: "There was a licensing library error" and have not found an answer to how to trouble shoot it after hours of trouble shooting. Maybe someone else has had this issue? Thanks!
Log out of your Creative Cloud account. Restart your computer. Log in again. Then try installing AE through the Creative Cloud app.
