As you have mentioned that you are unable to login to CS4, could you please share the error message that you get while signing in CS4, is there any option to skip it?

You may also try to troubleshoot activation issues related to the serial number using this link: - Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite
