lightroom 6 and windows 10

I can't start lightroom 6 after the installation. I get the next fault:

I have installed lightroom 6 on a laptom with windows 10.

The older version lightroom 5.7 is working correct.

Please try this solution and let us know if it works [HELP] I get this messages when I try to launch lightroom

I have tried those solutions last week. I found them on the forum, but it does not work.

Is there an other solution?

Thanks for notifying Yolanda, Did you try creating a new admin account and then try installing Lightroom on it?
