I am constantly getting the memory pop up error..

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud

My computer specs

i7 7700k @ 4.5ghz

1070 FTW ACX 3.0

32GB 2400 mhz

ASUS Maximus ix Hero

I should not be having this issue with my computer, so I presume it is my file.

My video file is exported from Premier Pro as sequence setting - MPEG4

Recorded on a T5i

Thanks,

Michael Berg

Exported as QT Animation, video runs fine. As soon as I add keylight 1.2 to pull the green screen, i start getting that error again on playback.

Are we talking MEMORY or STORAGE?

Here's a shot in the dark -- purge your memory & caches and see what happens.  If you've run earlier AE versions, get rid of their caches on your cache drive, too.

mpeg4.  Too bad you can't export something less computationally-intensive from PP.

More diagnostic questions from other folks will follow.

H.264  is still crummy.  Think quicktime movies in JPEG 2000, Photo JPEG, ProRes 422 or PNG codecs.  They work best.

If it doesn't work, you've got other issues and you may want to create a new post.

You have other issues, and I'm a lousy diagnostician -- I have people who solve my software woes.

I recommend starting a new thread, describing BOTH the problem and the remedial steps you've taken.  They'll want PRECISE version numbers for OS & CC, so come prepared.

Thanks for all your help. Where should I start a new thread? Is there a different location in the forums I should be going?

Nope -- just post the way you did when you started this thread.  Works like a charm.
