    Continous preview rendering on background

    JesuZ87

      Hello people!

I've just started to get into After Affects and Premier combination, and already I've gotten bit frustrated, that every time when I want to preview composition in AE, I'll have to wait sometimes longer, sometimes shorter period, until AE has cached the preview.

I've tried to look for option for kind of "background"-rendering, so when I change something in timeline, AE would cache modifications of that section right away, and then I could watch preview kind of instantly. So far I haven't got luck with that kind of option, so maybe someone here could help?

I've hexacore i7 and gtx1080, so background rendering shoulnt be problem with AE, hopefully.

      Thanks for help already!

          Hi Jesu,

          Sorry for your negative experience.

and then I could watch preview kind of instantly.

Well, you should be able to see the newly cached frames with the effect attached on the fly. After the frames are cached, the video should preview the effect in real time.

Hope that makes sense. If you need more help on this, let us know.

          Thanks,
          Kevin
