Hello,

Can somebody please help me! I paid for the student creative cloud since last year and it worked on my laptop at first. As far as I know my laptop is compatible to run all the programs Adobe has to offer but this year nothing on Adobe has been working. Whenever any of the adobe programs (illustrator, Photoshop etc.) are open everything constantly flashes as if it's loading but it doesn't go away. I can't even open any of the tabs (file, edit, image, view etc.) or get the drop down menus on the tools in the programs because as soon as I click on them the menu disappears. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and that still doesn't fix the problem. This has been going on for a while and I need these programs for my studies.

Can somebody please help?? I haven't been able to get any support over the phone.

Thank you,
Kayla

Did you uninstall the applications using the drop-down in the Creative Cloud application (see screen shot attached) and did you run Adobe Cleaner before re-installing: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ?
