Getting error "This document has been modified" upon annotating a PDF from google drive

I'm using my ipad, trying to annotate PDFs stored in my google-drive. But, after annotation, I get following error;

"Document has been modified. This document has been modified outside Acrobat. Do you want to create a local copy?"

Can Adobe fix this issue, if possible?
