I've recently cancelled my Adobe Stocks subscription and charged a ridiculous $149.95 cancellation fee. From reading all the blogs and various issues, it's apparent that Adobe will not budge and change their money stealing cancellation fee policies. It's quite disappointing for a company like Adobe to follow a business model out of greed and follow suite with other scams.
I cancelled the day my Stock trial was supposed to end. Adobe cut off my access to Stock, as expected, but billed me through PayPal for a paid subscription anyway! I just spoke to a representative who says Adobe cannot process refunds through PayPal. Apparently, had I never contacted Adobe about a refund, they would have just kept my money! The rep asked for my credit card information to process a refund. I am not going to provide my credit card information to a company that does business like this. I disputed the charge with PayPal, but I'm really concerned that I probably will never get my money back. Thanks, Adobe. I don't think I'll be using any of your products anymore.
