Change lrcat-place

Where do I change the place where I want the lrcat-files to be. I have a bad destination now (on a extern disc), so I want to change to a discin my computer .. I can see, but how do I do the change????

Sure it is correct answer, but it seem to be not so easy - I need it in swedish .... Do anyone know Where I can read it in swedish?
