So I am working within Adobe Acrobat Pro X on a Windows 7 machine. I have an action wizard which has 2 tasks - shrink the pdf to avoid overwriting of content and java script which applies label to document (via annotation). The problem is sometimes the labeled documents are saved and sometimes they are not. I can't figure out why. Today my colleague was unable to save the files after using this action wizard and sent the files over to me. Interestingly enough, I was able to label and save no problem. This happens intermittently. I have been trying to find a solution and this seems to be a known adobe bug. Is that true? Could it be anything else? I tried making sure Preview Pane is not on, etc.
