PSE 15 crashes when using Guided Edits

When I try and complete a Photomerge Exposure in the Guided section PSE15 crashes - every time

Try clearing preferences once. To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (WIN) / Cmd+Shift+Option (MAC) while launching Editor.

A dialog will pop up asking to Delete Preferences? Say Yes.

Now try Photomerge Exposure, let us know if Editor still crashes.

Go to Edit > Preferences on WIN or Photoshop Elements Editor > Preferences on MAC

Click on Reset Preferences on next launch.

Relaunch Editor.
