Acrobat DC will not print unless previewed first.

I have an office staff of 5 employees all running the same version of Acrobat DC.  Currently 4 of them can not print PDFs unless the print is previewed first.  the 5th employee does not have to do this, they can print directly without having to see a preview.  In speaking with the employees having this issue, they said it was not always like this, but they don't recall when the change took place.

It is frustrating and time consuming when there are multiple PDFs that have to be printed in a short period of time.

How can this forced print preview be gotten rid of?

Thanks.

Exactly what do you mean by a “forced print preview?”

You open the document in Acrobat and invoke print. What is Acrobat forcing your 4 out 5 users to do beyond that?
