I have a Booklet: 7.5" x 5". I am trying to print 2-up, and make one cut for binding. Thanks for any help/direction! DB

Not large booklets: 20-30 pages per.  I am just trying to not waste 1/2 page for each booklet, as well as save on handling/cutting!

Assuming that you are printing on Letter paper, and that you want a normal folded-and-stapled ('Saddle') booklet, this would be the standard way to set up your layout, using IDImposer (not free):

If you want to save a cut, you could use unequal Top and Bottom Sheet Margins, e.g., set the Top sheet margin to 1" and the Bottom sheet margin to 0".

Or, you could avoid cutting completely if you just want to center each page on each half of the Letter sheet.  That would look like this:
