TouchUp Text Tool issue

It the past versions my Adobe TouchUp tool was able to recognize the font types & sizes when editing texts.

I changed my PC and the software and now I get the error message "'All or part of the selection has no available system font. You cannot add or delete text using the selected font".  After I  change fonts to match the size and type of the existing fonts on the text I'm editing, I can use the touchup text tool.

Currently I have a preset font size of 10.78pt (!?) and an unknown font CIDFont+F4.

Is there a way for Adobe TouchUp tool to recognize the fonts I'm trying to edit automatically?

If not, then how can I at least preset it to my common font type and size I use most of the time, under touchup properties.
