Hi,
I re-installed the Adobe Technical Communication Suite two days ago, since all systems in my company were formatted. I have started working with Robohelp. When I try to create a pdf output or printed documentation, I get the following error message.
I am currently on Windows 10 and use MS Office 2016. Please suggest a work around.
Thanks,
Lovina

Hmmm, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I cannot see the image.
What does it say? Have you tried updating RoboHelp? If your RoboHelp is version 2015, I believe you will need to update it in order to use Office 2016.

This is the message I get.
Robohelp 2015, Windows 10 64 bit, Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus (installed on PC rather than cloud based).
So it looks like Adobe don't support Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
Cheers...
David.

You haven't confirmed whether you have applied the updates to this version. Service Release 2 is required to play with Office 2016.
This link is to Service Release 4 which included all the previous service releases.
Adobe - Support : RoboHelp Support Center : Service Releases
Does that fix the problem?
