After Effect doesn't open anymore

Hi,there, when I click on my icon for After Effects, after a few seconds search, my Pc stops trying, nothing happens since a few days. All other Adobe programms work correctly. What do you suggest ?

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details liek possibly the system logs and exact version info for AE.
