Hi. This won't be difficult to do, once you become familiar with layer masks in Photoshop. You'd need a bottom layer in white, and the photo on a layer above. Then, create the selections in the shape you want, and use the "add layer mask" icon to the photo layer, at the bottom of the layer panel.
