Will Acrobat “Print drawing to Scale”. So when you go to the settings to Print, is there an option that will allow you to “Print to Scale”?

So long as the scale is 100% of the PDF design size. Or you want to fit to page. Otherwise no, but independently some printers, especially large format, offer scale options of their own.
