How to get back my photoshop menu

I am after a bit of help as i have a different menu come up on my photoshop menu. the one i need is with brush size, opacity, feature etc. Does anyone know how i get it back at all as this is what i currently have ThankyouScreen Shot 2017-03-25 at 9.33.24 pm.png

Your screen shot shows that you have the Patch Tool selected.  Switch to the Brush tool and see if that gets to where you want to be.  F5 toggles the brush panel on and off.
