Hmmm. Mine are blank too. I always thought you had to add these entries manually.

The instructions I read said to go to those panels to make edits, so I presume they usually work :) I would be satisfied to add the entries manual but don't know how to do so. How would I do that?
Are you saying the "Add" button is not available in the Project properties/Flex Modules section?
Right, the "Add" button and literally everything other than the "Flex Modules" title is missing from the panel. There is no form, no form labels, no buttons, no instructions. It's completely blank. Same is true for the "Flex Build Path" panel. The "Resource" panel does display two form group titles, but no form elements for input. There is something very wrong with this picture.
Someone commented that they had the same problem but that Adobe dismissed it as a problem with his configuration. I suspect others are having the same issues. Perhaps it's 64-bit Win or maybe it's my version of Java. I don't know, but this is wasting an enormous amount of my time given that I have yet to develop an application in Flex!
I just discovered that the File > New > Other... dialog is also blank with the exception of the title to "Select a wizard" and "Wizards:" label, for which nothing is listed.
Obviously there's an issue with the install, but I'd appreciate any insight as to why this might happen. I didn't do anything special when I installed it.
I faced the same problem as well! I have been using Flex for the past 2 years and have not encountered such problem until recently ... this is weird ...
The solution is to disable Logitech SetPoint software. I have no idea why but finally found it posted somewhere else here and it does in fact solve the problem. I notified Logitech, don't really expect them to fix it.
You don't have to uninstall it, just quit out of it and if you run Flex a lot, remove SetPoint from the Startup folder so it doesn't run automatically.
You don't even have to restart Flex or anything, just quit SetPoint and open the project properties again, instant fix.
Same problem here, but i'm using wacom's graphictablet bamboo.
uninstalling tablet driver solves the FB issues but is in my case no solution!
someone any ideas?
I found this answer out on the web. I have tried it and it works like a dream:
"Just adjust the divider between the list on the left hand side of the dialog and the right hand content area. Just adjusting the divider a smidge will cause everything to magically appear."
Good luck to everyone experiencing this problem,
same issue here - and indeed: all did go wrong after the wacom tablet install.
A simple resize of the panel solved it! :-)
Thanks! That had me confused as it was working just fine minutes before. Aquick resize of the panel and back it was!
