Looks like you have managed to resolve the issue as I am able to see it running perfectly fine in Mackbook.

It's working correctly for me now on my laptop but is now not recognizing my mobile device if I use my iPhone... I haven't changed any settings. I've uploaded my site to BC once more and cleared my cookies/cache on my phone so I'm not sure how to fix the mobile portion now.

It should be:
This can happen for three reasons.
1) You did not make a mobile version in the same Muse project.
2) The check box is not set in the site settings.
3) A bug in the application or corrupt project file.
