Write plugin for .TIS and .EKP file...............

I have to open .TIS and .EKP image file in illustrator.

These file not directly supporting in Illustrator.

so I have to write the java script (JS ) file for support the open .TIS and .EKP file .

OR I have to write a plugin code in vc++.

so Please assist me.
