Survey - Looking to build a Feedback Survey for a course

Happy Tuesday!!!

I'm exploring Captivate Prime and I'm trying to create a survey but I'm not able to locate the feature. I'm looking under the "Author" profile. I have a suspicion that it's under the "Admin" setting but could use some help being pointed in the general direction.

Hi Tony,

Survey Questionnaire can be created in Captive Prime when you are logged in an admin.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to create the survey

Step 1- Login as admin

Step 2- Goto Setting- Feedback

Step 3 - You can customize both the L1(Learner feedback) and L3 (Manager feedback) here in this window .

Please refer to the screen shot.

Once you have added the all the questions in this window then Admin  can enable the L1 and L3 feedback in the course instance.

Tony,

If you want to 'create' the survey questions then, from Administrator login go to Settings>Feedback and select "Edit" at top right.

Then edit the questions and "Enable"
