Photoshop Crashes on startup

Hello,

First thing to say: My English is really bad, I am from Holland.

When I am trying to start my Photoshop CC 2017 there opens a pop-up with the message: Photoshop CC 2017 is not working. After that it will crash and close the app... I tried to delete it, updated it, etc. but nothing works! Does anyone know how I can fix this and use Photoshop again?

If Photoshop Crashes you should post the system crash reports be it Mac OS or Windows. For windows use windows reliability history viewer.
