signature panel is empty

I am working on a documentation packaged, and i have recieved an issue with one of my signatures.

This corruption blocks my access to preform any operations with the document.

It should be easy to clear the curropted signature and unblock the document, however the signature panel is blank.

It seems to me that adobe is not able to load in the signatures maybe because of the size of the document causes the panel not to load?

I'm guessing this an Acrobat issue, so I'll move it over there (from The Lounge).  If it's still the wrong forum, then perhaps another mod can move it again.
