Dear forum,

there's the following problem: I wanted to print from a webpage to pdf and received the message: "Your request can be handled. Your Adobe Acrobat License is either run out or not activated." (translated from German). I have an Adobe ID, the program is running and does show my account in the upper right corner. Also when I lock in on the Adobe webseite I do see my product (Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition) under "abos and products". So it is activated. Has anybody an idea what might be the problem?

Thanks for any advice!

Hi almk14483869,

I understand that you are getting Activation related error while printing PDF . I would like to inform you that the reason behind could be that your CC subscription is under trial or is not properly activated. Please refer the below links.

Please let me know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.. Thanks!

Dear Himanshu,

I worked through all the steps but the problem is still there. I can use the apps and im logged in and have access to the activation servers as well. So it seems that the activation is okay. It also says in Adobe ID the application is valid until march 2018. Just the printing doesn't work.

Regards

Almut

PS: I just tried another option: Creating a new PDF document in Acrobat by entering the URL: That works fine and it can then be saved as PDF. So it is only when using the "print" button and selecting Adobe PDF as printer when I have the problems.
