Illustrator crashes after update - stuck on 2015.3

I cannot use anything newer than CC 2015.3 - Keeps crashing upon Launch.  Not any of the troubleshooting steps work, no safe mode box pops up as illustrated.  help is too vague or non-existent.   All of my team are updated and good and I'm stuck with the old version.

PS- why so hard to find a phone number on the ADOBE.COM website (does one exist? - :))

thanks, but I have went through the questions and all this 100's of times, either doesn't isolate my problem or takes me to a dead end of questions.  Quite unhelpful for my problem with illustrator.

on hold for way too long, I'll have to try again - Work needs to get done - quite annoying - I pay so much for the suite for myself and five of my team members and I cant get help or the updated software to work.
